Thornbrook Orchard
Thornbrook orchard is a third generation family run orchard which has been growing fruit in the rich volcanic soils of Mount Canobolas since the orchard was established in 1947.
As it has done for over 70 years, the orchard continues to grow a variety of pomefruits, stonefruits and table grapes which are sold at the Farmers Markets. For part of summer, the farm is opened to the public for cherry season where visit to the orchard allows you to experience picking cherries straight from the tree or purchasing fruit directly from the orchard. Located in the packing shed, the farm shop sells freshly picked fruit as well as a great range of jams, relishes and chutneys made from Thornbrook fruit and pure orchard honey from farms beehives.
